The monitor has 1 year manufacturer waranty which covers for grade A- panels (according to korean laws) dead pixels in the central area if it contains more than 1 defect (think the center square of a 3x3 grid). They DO have a warranty, it happens to be less convenient than Dell's or HP's because the manufacturer doesn't have any official business in North America. I don't want to sell the Korean monitors but too much disinformation has been spread in this thread. Furthermore, if you're used to looking at average monitors (which are usually set by the factory to around 9500k and stupid high brightnesses to make them catch your eye when you first turn them on), then of course you're going to find a properly calibrated monitor ugly with messed up colors.
